Fall Fashion Forecast

Fall is the best time of year for fashion. With the colder weather comes layering with layering comes more clothing with the need for more clothing comes more shopping. Sounds good to me. This fall we're going to see a lot of repetition from years gone by. Everything old is still new again. This season some things are going to be more popular than others. Get ready for it.

Denim

The drop in the cost of denim has spiked an insurgence of jeans, jean jackets and jean purses. Jeans are hotter than ever. They've become the acceptable khaki pant. They aren't just the weekend pant anymore. Please don't do. The design industry is splurging yet we still haven't seen a decrease in the customer pricing. I'm hoping this season will bring down the costs. If it does, the whole body suit of denim is just a plain no no.

Fun Fur

People thought fake fur was a fad but it's proven itself a staple. It just keeps on coming back. This fall you'll find it on jackets, scarves, hats, purses and boots. Just don't wear them all together please; you don't want to look like a freak. Try to get pieces with removable fun fur so you can do double duty.

Tweed

This fabric never dies. The hot tweed jacket of the last few seasons is carrying through into fall. You might even find it with some fun fur and it looks great with a pair of jeans. Stay away from the dresses, skirts and pants. Like denim and fun fur, less is more. A good tweed jacket, blazer, what ever you want to call it, is all you need to carry you through the season.

Glossy

Wet luscious lips are still hot. The wetter the better. If you don't have thick lips then skip it you'll just look like you're drooling. My favourite product is still DuWop's Lip Venom but literally everyone and his sister is coming out with an ooohy goohy lip gloss. Blonde twins Brittany and Jessica both have their glosses (both lips and body) but be sure to check out your local drug store for some great finds.
