It's getting to be that time of year!
Here in Upstate New York, we are preparing for the colder weather--soon to come! I personally, have done final the detailing for the season for my clients and am glad to be done with it. When I do the "winterization" of a vehicle, I keep in mind that most of us don't wash our vehicles very much in the winter so I like to have at least 3 coats of wax on the vehicles I detail. It also makes the customer very happy knowing that they are protected!
I tend to focus on the exterior. This process is done within two consecutive visits. I clean the finish thoroughly with Meguiar's Cleaner Wax. When this is done, the truest depth of color of the vehicle becomes very clear and clean--especially white and black vehicles.
Then I apply a coat of Meguiar's Deep Crystal Caranuba Wax. This will not only deepen the color, it also intensifies the gloss and shine.
Finally, I apply a coat of Meguiar's Next Generation Tech Wax. The Tech wax seals the previous waxes and will not only add to your protection but when you do get to wash your vehicle, the dirt and road film will be easy to remove and restore your color depth and shine--promise!
Don't wait until the weather has taken it's wrath. Protect your investment!
