Weekly Adoption Chats
I have had the most amazing time as the editor of the Bella Online Adoption Site! Your e-mails and forum posts have been inspiring and very much appreciated!
As we head into the New Year, I want to take the Adoption site and forum community to the next level, and that’s where I need your help. I’d like to know how many of you, our readers, would be interested in a weekly chat on adoption.
The purpose of weekly chats is to be able to communicate instantly with each other about all aspects of adoption. Sometimes, it helps just “talking” or “chatting” with others who have been in the same boat as you, or who have the same questions about adoption.
I’d like to have a weekly topic to focus on during each chat. If you are unable to make a particular chat, you can always post your questions about the week’s topic in our adoption forum. I’ll bring questions/topics of anyone posting in the forum to our chat, and the post follow ups in the forum.
Whether it’s two people or twenty, chat rooms can provide a fun, interactive learning experience. While I can’t take place of an adoption professional, I can help point you in the right direction. In addition, it often helps to bounce your ideas and thoughts off of those that are thinking about adoption, or have been through adoption.
Some of the topics I’m considering for future chats include :
It doesn't matter if you are only thinking about adoption, or have adopted and would like to share your thoughts on adoption; everyone will be welcome at our adoption chats!
Please contact me if you are interested in the possibility of having weekly adoption chats.
