HR 2355 is a bill that would allow insurance companies to set up business in the 4 states that don't cover diabetes coverage. Currently there are 46 states which require this coverage.
As usual there are riders in this bill. The main rider is that insurance coverage not ask about relationships and not be discrinate. However, this is fine for group plans but if this bill gets enacted the individual insurance fees will go up significantly.
