The gel is sweetened with maltitol and sucralose, but really there's hardly any of either. This really shouldn't cause any trouble for anyone, even those sensitive to sugar alcohols.

It really is very Jello-like, as you might imagine. It has a nice cherry flavor, a nice color, it's in general a nice, easy treat.
