FALL Cleaning Simple Family Cleaning Calendar
Daily Tasks: Make bed, quick floor pick up, wipe down counters, pick up clutter, laundry
Weekly Tasks: Mondays: Deep Clean Bathroom Tuesdays: House Dusting
Wednesdays: Deep Clean Hard floor Thursdays: Deep Clean Carpet floors
Fridays: Catch up Day Saturdays: Bedding & towels
The following are tasks that need to be added into your daily routine. You can decide which days you have time to do more - or less - it's all up to you and YOUR schedule. Rotating tasks are tasks that should be done once or twice a year. Fall Tasks are Quarterly jobs that need doing at certain times of the year. This can vary depending on YOUR seasonal cleaning tasks that need to be done.
Rotating Tasks:
Deep clean appliances, vacuum out furniture, spot clean furniture, polish wood furniture, wash throw rugs and blankets, wash light fixtures, clean baseboards and door frames, dust fans, wash windows, vacuum/clean window sills
Fall Deep Cleaning Tasks:
Wipe switches, Wipe door knobs, Clean Washer and Dryer, Touch up Paint, Deep clean tubs/showers, Move appliances and clean under them, clean ceiling fans & lights, dust door tops/frames, wash interior and exterior doors, vacuum lampshades, empty and wash cupboards in kitchen and bathrooms,
Rotate/flip mattresses, clean out gutters, switch seasonal clothing, wash curtains/drapes, porch/patio clean up, Clean exterior lights, wash window screens, Garage clean up/organization
Getting a routine for your cleaning will help you feel like you have accomplished something at the end of the month. You living spaces will look smart and fresh and you will be completely ready for whatever social events fill your calendar in the coming month.
