Russell Stover Sugar-Free Mousse
Russell Stover Sugar-Free Triple Chocolate Mousse Chocolate is an individually wrapped square of chocolate with delicious creamy mousse inside the square. With only 2g of carbs per serving, they're a nice chocolate treat.
The squares are about the size of a matchbook, and have a thick center where the mousse part is held. The outer chocolate is creamy and smooth, 60% cocoa. The inner part is lighter and maybe a hint sweeter, providing a nice combination of flavors.

The two squares of chocolate are 17g carbs minus 1g of fiber, and 14g sugar alcohols. They have 15mg sodium, 2g protein, no trans fat, no cholesterol, and 160 calories.
Chocolates are usually sweetened with sugar alcohols for baking reasons and flavor reasons. This is great for flavor, but it's something to be aware of. Sugar alcohols are digested differently than regular sugars, and it's something that your body has to get used to. So start small if you've never had sugar alcohols before - maybe a half piece or one piece to get your body used to it. That's wise for anything you might eat with sugar alcohols in it.
The key with these - and with any chocolates - is to savor them in small doses. Don't bring the entire bag to the couch and eat through it while you watch a movie! Instead, take out two pieces, put them on a plate and get yourself a nice cup of coffee or port.
Chocolates are full of antioxidants, which are very healthy for you. Chocolate has been found to have four times the antioxidants as tea does. Antioxidants are found to be really helpful for keeping your heart healthy and the blood vessels clean!
If you become a fan of these Russell Stover treats, keep in mind that they also have a pure chocolate version and a vanilla caramel version. Both of these are good as well. Different people have different favorite flavors, and there's sure to be one that will work well for any chocolate lovers out there.
Highly recommended, as long as they are eaten in moderation. Enjoy them in healthy amounts, and soothe that chocolate craving!
