Horrible Bosses 2
Nick, Kurt and Dale are back! This time, the trio have ditched their bosses and have decided to go into business for themselves. But when a business deal with the calculating billionaire Bert Hanson goes awry, the three come up with a hair brained scheme to kidnap his son, Rex, and hold him for ransom. Here are a few movie mistakes to look for while watching “Horrible Bosses 2”.
• At the very beginning of the movie, Nick, Kurt and Dale are getting ready to appear on the morning show news segment. The first distant view of them shows Dale reaching for his top shirt button with his left hand. It cuts to a close-up and his hand is down. Also during this scene, in the far view, the woman behind them steps behind Kurt’s right shoulder and is combing his hair behind his right ear. It cuts to the close-up and she’s behind his left shoulder and moves behind him.
• When Dale first starts writing “MURDER”, there is no loop in the “M” during the far view. It cuts to a close-up and there is now in the middle of the “M”. The “R” in the middle also changes when Nick walks over to the board. But the “M” is back to its original view when Kurt starts writing.
• Julia and Nick are talking after the sex addiction meeting. Her left hand is holding the door frame and alternates its position between front and rear views. Most notably, in the front view of Julia, her hand is placed against the door at shoulder height. But in the rear view, when she says “and”, her hand is placed above her head on the door frame.
• Nick, Kurt and Dale meet MF Jones at the bar for the second time. MF is wearing a watch on his left wrist. But in the view of him when he says “y’all criminals”, the watch is gone.
• CAUTION: May Contain Spoilers! After Dale has been shot, Nick is leaning over him. Nick takes the Predator claw and puts it on the ground above Dale’s right shoulder. The claw changes position on the pavement and then is completely gone.
“Horrible Bosses 2” stars Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Jennifer Aniston, Kevin Spacey, Jamie Foxx, Chris Pine and Christoph Waltz. It runs 108 minutes and is rated R for strong crude sexual content and language throughout.
