Centrum Multivitamin Chewables are a great way for those of us who can't swallow pills to get a base-level set of vitamins into us.

Centrum Multivitamin Chewables In an ideal world, yes, we'd all get everything our body needs in our normal, daily menu. However, the world just doesn't work like that. We know now how important it is to get Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Thiamin, Niacin, Iron, and on and on, every single day. Even the most convoluted diet just doesn't do it. Maybe one day you're getting lots of Vitamin C but little Folic Acid. Maybe another day you're doing well on Zinc and poorly on Copper. Your body just doesn't run well when it's missing key nutrients. These multivitamins help ensure that your body gets the baseline it needs, no matter what else happens.

I've tried experimenting with a variety of swallow-type vitamins and I just can't do it. My throat doesn't cooperate. And with there being this chewable option, I went for it. It means I definitely get what I need, each day, without fail.

It gives you 100% of all the key ones - Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, and so on. It gives you 100% of Iodine, which many vitamins don't supply.

It's important to note that these values are all MINIMUMS!! The US RDA was never meant to be for IDEAL health - it was meant to stave off serious nutritional deficiencies. So this is the bare baseline that you should have each day. You should still eat nutritious food TOO. That nutritious food will ensure you're doing well with your health. These vitamins are a safety net to ensure you don't fall below in a critical area.

Along with these vitamins, each day I supplement for calcium, fish oils, fiber, and Vitamin C. Those are the four key areas I want to ensure I'm covered in. And then I eat a healthy diet on top of that.

So, to summarize, if you aren't good with swallowing vitamins, I definitely recommend these. I find them to be tasty and effective.
