So if you know me well then you know I am an official OWN Ambassador. I love the network and the shows they air and tweet about them often. So suffice it to say I love the Oprah Winfrey Network docu-series, "Flex & Shanice," following actor and comedian Flex Alexander ("One on One"), and his wife, 90s pop singer Shanice ("I Love Your Smile") and their hilarious extended family. It comes on every Saturday night at 10 pm EST.

The show is a wholesome family show that depicts the ups and downs that Flex and Shanice have experienced since their rise and fall from wealth and fame.

One of my favorites on the show is Uncle Spirit. Uncle Spirit is a gentle soul who delivers all types of wisdom and sayings throughout the show that cause my entire family to smile. He is so funny and our family just loves him.

On a recent episode titled, "On a Song and a Prayer," Shanice has landed a singing gig and it's a moment she's been working towards-finally debuting her new sound to the public.

Meanwhile, Flex is hard at work on his stand-up comedy career and must choose between his work and his wife when he receives a callback for a television series.

Things continue to be eventful in the house of nine. Uncle Spirit goes on a date with his "friend" and ponders finding a woman to share his life. Ruba is forced to babysit Imani and Elijah when Shanice's mother, Crystal, and stepfather, Mike, decide to attend Shanice's show. Not realizing it, Ruba's declaration of no iPads leads to the kids schooling him on the art of war.

Shanice's New Singles "Gotta Blame Me" & "We Can Fly" were featured on the show and are really good songs. I have always loved her voice and she doesn't disappoint on either track.
