FROM THE EDITORThe theme this month is Love, in honor of Valentine's Day. This month, we also celebrate the Year of the Wood Rooster, which brings a more devoted air to the whole topic of love and relationship. This Year will be quite a contrast to 2004, the Year of the Monkey. Things will feel more stable and we will all tend to be willing to work harder. Team work is featured, and if we are to deal with the energy of control which can be fostered in the Year of the Rooster, we all need to learn how to work with love and compassion with one another, regardless of beliefs or other divisionary characteristics. If we start this New Year with a mature heart, full of love and compassion, we can repair alot of the damage done in the past. We can truly begin to shape the 21st Century as a time of enlightenment and carve inroads to an actual peaceful existence. It seems to me that most of us wish this. Some peace and harmony - which can only come if each person allows themselves to view the world through the lens of LOVE. The tarot card that this energy brings to mind is, of course, the LOVERS!
