A lot is going on in and out of the kitchen. Twelve hopefuls compete again for “the coveted title of Head Chef at a new fine Italian restaurant at the luxurious Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino in Las Vegas” while putting up with an abusive boss. This would never be tolerated in any other workplace, so it seems Fox has come up with something it thinks viewers like to see.
Chef Ramsey makes Simon Cowell look like Mister Rogers! This is a show you either love or hate, depending upon how you feel about people crumbling under pressure and being humiliated on national TV.
Of course it must be said, that these contestants came to the show of their own free will, knowing what lies in store as this is not the first season of Hells' Kitchen.
One thing is certain, a chef's life is definitely not for me!

One other reason to watch is the chance to enter to a weekly $10,000 prize!
Open to contiguous US residents 21 and older -- that means the lower 48 and void in Alaska and Hawaii. It runs from 6:00:00 pm PT June 4, 2007 through 9:50:00 pm PT August 13, 2007.
Guess who is the next to be thrown out. You are allowed to enter ten times per person each Monday you enter. Enter via text message ($.99 each) or online (free). Details Here.
There are two play periods each week:
Play Period 1: from 6:00pm until 6:50 pm PT each Monday for entry into the Play Period 1 weekly Grand Prize drawing.
Play Period 2: from 6:50:01 pm PT until 9:50 PM PT, each Monday during the Promotion period for entry into the Play Period 2 weekly Grand Prize drawing.
There are 22 prizes, each consisting of a 3-day trip for two to Las Vegas, NV. This includes airfare, hotel at Green Valley Ranch and Resort, and $10,000 in the form of a check. ARV $12,000.

This Fall on FOX, Chef Ramsey will be returning in Kitchen Nightmares. He will be taking the show on the road and visiting Kitchens in Trouble and it is his job to straighten them out. Oh, I can see that!
