Favorite Party Dips
Guest Author - Lisa Babick

Party dips are the staple of any get-together, large or small. Dips can be served with cocktail bread, raw vegetables, fruit or chips. Each day this week, starting today, I'll be posting a favorite party dip that will sure become your get-together favorite.

Here's today's favorite party dip:

Artichoke Dip

This creamy dip is delicious. Serve it with fresh vegetables, bread sticks or crackers. This can be prepared ahead of time and popped into the oven right before guests arrive.

1-14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Spoon the mixture into a small baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
4. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 to 4 servings
