There are so many different flavors and combinations that you should be able to find something that you like. You do not have to drink it hot either. You can let it cool off and add ice for a nice cool herbal tea.

You can relax with a nice cup of herbal tea at night without worrying about caffeine keeping you awake. There are many different herbs that may help you relax and actually promote sleep. Try chamomile to help you relax and fall asleep. It has a mild flavor. If you are not concerned about the flavor and need to get a good night sleep, valerian may help. It does nice flavor though. Both of these herbs are also natural muscle relaxants. Valerian does seem to be stronger.

Herbal tea can also help with acid reflux, indigestion, gas and bloating. Ginger is an herb that helps with stomach issues such as these. It also has a nice flavor. Peppermint also helps with gas and bloating. Chamomile can help with stomach cramps.

Herbal tea comes in many different flavors and combinations. It can be fun to experiment with different combinations to see what you like best. It would take a long time to run out of flavor combinations to try out. You may even find a combination that helps you feel healthier.
