Russell Stover Marshmallow Heart - Sugar Free
Looking for a romantic treat that is kind to your tummy? How about the Russell Stover sugar free marshmallow hearts? These treats are tender, chocolatey, and pretty much zero carb.
Now of course chocolate has to get sweet from something. In this case, you're chowing down on maltitol. If you're not sensitive to sugar alcohols, you'll be all set. If you are sensitive to sugar alcohols, then of course steer clear. This maltitol isn't going to be any different than any other maltitol in any other product.
That being said, the result is that you get zero carbs if you are maltitol-friendly. The chocolate is smooth and chocolatey, over a nice, fluffy marshmallow inside. Now, this isn't super high quality chocolate like Godiva. However, you can find this in most drug stores, it's really tasty, and it's not that expensive.
I recommend these as a good Valentine's Day chocolate - or for any other romantic event. It'll help you enjoy some chocolate while maintaining your healthy lifestyle.
