Streekers - A Review

Streekers - A Review
Children often like to play with hair color. The problem with letting them experiment is that it is often difficult to remove the color, sometimes requiring months to grow out.

"Streekers" is a great tool for kid’s temporary fun color. Streekers is an instant liquid hair color in the form of a wand, similar to a mascara wand except with a sponge end instead of the brush. It is formulated to add bright colorful accents to anyone's hair.

Packaged and used just like "Color Mark," (used to cover gray new growth) Streekers comes in eight vibrant colors.

I used pink Streakers and, even on auburn hair, it produced bright and sassy color.
  • Using the simple color wand, "Streekers" went on very easily

  • After it dried (This took about one minute.) it stayed in place and it did not flake even when I combed through it.

  • When I decided it was time to remove the streaks, I simply shampooed the hair.
(It you have bleached hair - chemically bleached or sun lightened - some of the Streekers color may remain on the hair because of the increased porosity caused by the lightening. In this case it may require several shampoos to thoroughly remove the color.

"Streekers" is fun and bright. I recommend these color wands for kids who want to have fun with hair color and for adults who are kids at heart. This is a safe and easy way to experiment with color. Just shampoo it out when they are tired of it - or you are!
