Do you find this to be easy? Hard?
Easy - only because I really researched it and found the tasty, more healthy foods that are close to my normal way of eating. I even enjoy a drink or two now and then. Flavored orange vodka (0 carbs) with lowcarb pinapple orange juice (4 grams carbs per 8 oz) ( I think by Carbdown)
What suggestions do you have for others who are thinking about low carb?
Note to all the other struggling volumptous women and men: The low carb diet is basically a diet you create for yourself. Our bad habits of eating have taught us to eat double decker burgers; pastrami; ice cream floats, etc. You can eat them on low carb. no bread on the burgers and pastrimi, replace with iceberg lettuce; they have great low carb ice cream to make diet Pepsi or Coke floats ummmmm. So see, we are losing weight and not giving up our foods.
