The New Literary Fiction Newsletter

Guest Author - Lane Graciano

Thank you for your interest in the Literary Fiction newsletter. Our free weekly newsletter gives you access to new book reviews, recommended-reading lists, profiles of authors and their fictional characters, musings on movie adaptations, links to the best literature sites, and more. Plenty of new, enjoyable, informative reading is coming your way soon. Here’s a preview of what’s included:

Latest articles on the site
Some articles will explore contemporary issues, such as the Booker Prize shortlist of the year; others will focus on enduring, timeless topics. Discover or learn more about narrative technique, the Romantic period, Shakespeare’s sonnets. New articles on books in translation will be added to the recently created subject of World Literature.

Books on my night stand
I read for information, I read for a living, I read idly in the waiting room at the doctor’s. But the books on my bedside table I read for pleasure, and I look forward to sharing my thoughts on them with you.

Topics for discussion
What’s your favorite book? Who is classic fiction’s vilest villain? Which movies did justice to their literary origins? Discuss and debate topics like these in our Literary Fiction forum. The forum is a community of readers who share recommendations, answer questions, and engage in thought-provoking conversation. The forum link can be found at the top of each page on the site.

The Literary Fiction newsletter is sent out in text-only format, so it is readable on any device and platform. Feel free to browse through the archive of past issues at the bottom of this page.

To subscribe, type your e-mail address into the box at the right side of this page, and click the arrow button. No other information is required. You will receive only the weekly Literary Fiction newsletter; nothing more. Should you choose to unsubscribe, you may do so at any time using the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

BellaOnline databases are secure, and we respect the privacy of our visitors. We will never share your information or sell it to another party, or send you spam mail. Your identity remains unknown to me unless the newsletter bounces and I am sent a return notice from your ISP server. Please make sure your anti-spam filters allow mail from BellaOnline.

After you sign up, you’ll receive a notice and test message that confirms your e-mail address and subscription request. The message lets you know that your anti-spam filters have allowed the newsletter through. If you don’t receive any confirmation e-mail, please send me a message by clicking on my name at the top of any Literary Fiction page, which will take you to a page with a comment box.

If you have an idea for an article or a discussion topic, feel free to send me a message or post your thoughts in the forum. I look forward to talking books with you!
