This is an easy to use set with strong raised handles on the roasting pan that make it easier to move around. The aroma from the spices of the Turkey Rub makes your mouth water just smelling it.
I also enjoyed the use of the All-Clad Turkey Lifter from MetroKitchen.com. It is great for lifting roasted turkeys, chickens, roasts. . . Anything that takes two utencils to lift these pitchfork shaped lifters will hold them securely while you transfer them from pan to platter.
