Cheflamme Butane Culinary Torch & PicNic Knives by Messermeister review
When guests arrive I like to have a special dessert to wow them. The Cheflamme Culinary Torch is good for caramelizing sugars, custards, creme brulee, meringue pies, baked Alaska, bread pudding, roasting peppers and working with ice sculptures.
It's a very simple tool to use and comes with instructions and safety tips. When I bring out the dessert it's nice to hear my guests rave over it and they don't even realize how simple it was to get it looking so "gourmet". It also comes equipped with a child-proof safety lock.

The PicNic knives also my Messermeister are great! You can carry them in bags, backpacks, pockets even without worrying about getting cut. They come in a variety of colors and have a protective locking sheath for safety. The sheath features a switch that will allow the knife to be released with vents for air circulation to aid in drying if you happen to be in a hurry after you wash it.
This knife will accompany my husband in his lunch bag and it would be great for picnics.
Check out and the site and see what they have to offer.
