Skinny Carb is a brand of ice cream sandwiches by Silhouette. With the traditional chocolate cookie outside and vanilla inside, it's pretty tasty!

When it's hot out, those ice cream sugary treats can seem awfully appealing. However, not only do those rot your teeth but they make your swimsuit not fit well :) In comes Skinny Carb, with only 7 net carbs per ice cream sandwich.

The chocolate cookie in these is not very "stiff" - it's sort of soft and gooey. Still, it does taste chocolatey. The vanilla inside is nice and creamy.

For fats, there are 3g saturated fats and no trans fats. There are 7g of sugar alcohols, so those sensitive to sugar alcohols should eat one and see how it affects them.

To give this company kudos, note that they are very good carers for their cows and feed them healthy foods, and make sure they're well taken care of. For me, that is a good reason to support the company. But the soggy chocolate cookies still makes it difficult to eat them. In fact as I was writing this article and eating one, its bottom cookie has "attached" itself to the plate the cookie was resting on and now I'm trying to dig it off the plate to eat the rest of it.

A great idea, but they need some work on the cookie!
