Watermelon Strawberry Frozen Treats

1 lg. watermelon
1 pint strawberries
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar

Scoop out the watermelon flesh and put into a lg mixing bowl. Remove seeds and mash the watermelon until smooth. Clean and hull the strawberries. Mash the strawberries and add to the mashed watermelon. Add the lemon juice and sugar. Let the kids mix all with a wooden spoon until blended together. (Or use a blender and puree until smooth) Pour into popcicle molds, ice cube trays or small paper cups. Insert wooden craft sticks and freeze overnight. Wonderful treat for hot summertime days!
