1 med. apple, unpeeled
1 med. pear (unpeeled)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
21 unsweetened pineapple chunks
21 seedless red or green grapes
21 fresh strawberries (capped)
Coconut dressing
Cut apple and pear into 21 bite sized pieces. Add lemon juice; toss ingredients. Alternate fruit on 21 skewers. Serve with coconut dressing.
