1 can English peas, drained 1 lg. jar pimento, diced
1 can shoepeg corn 1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
Mix all the above ingredients and set aside.
1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. black pepper
Boil all 4 ingredients and pour over corn mixture. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Before serving, drain!
