PS3 Online Authorized Sellers List
It might seem completely impossible to get a PS3 before Christmas 2006. Your first place to start is to visit the online website of every Sony authorized reseller.
So a search on each page to see if they have a PS3 page set up, and bookmark that for daily refreshing. Some sites won't be selling until midnight on November 17, 2006, while other sites will offer pre-orders. If you can be online in the comfort of your own home, this might save you two or more days of sitting outside in the freezing cold, waiting in line for a brick-and-mortar sale.
Some of these sites offer straight sales of the base unit, while others will only sell their units in bundles with games, accessories, warranties and other items. Be sure to comparison shop to figure out which deal works best for you and your family, so that you are spending the money that is worth it to you. If a game comes in a bundle with games you really want, that would be a great choice for you! It would mean that the "competition" from other people might be far less, for the few units available, compared to a site that just offered the basic unit without anything else.
