Smirnoff Low Carb Information

Are you a fan of the Smirnoff drinks? Here is all of their nutritional information, including the carb counts!
Note the much larger serving size on the twisted offerings!
NOTE: Someone wrote me asking about the twisted drinks, if someone drinks 6 or more a day like soda, is this an issue. The answer is definitely yes not only in terms of the massive amounts of calories the person is taking in but also in terms of the alcohol content.
Doctors recommend the average woman drink a maximum of one alcoholic drink a day. Men can tolerate two. At higher levels, the person receives liver damage, brain damage, and other issues. It might not be readily apparent - but MRIs show the changes are happening.
Alcohol is a poison. Your body is not meant to ingest large amounts of it and work well.
Some people fall into the trap of thinking "oh it's sweet, therefore it's fun to drink." Sweet does not mean it's good for you. Quite the opposite. These drinks are 70 proof. That means they are 35% alcohol - or about three times the alcohol in a glass of wine. If someone drinks six "wine glasses" worth of Twisted a day, that's like drinking 18 glasses of wine in a day. I think we could all agree that would be extreme :)
