StarKist Tuna Creations Hickory Smoked
Tuna is really healthy for you and delicious, too, but sometimes you want a new flavor. StarKist has come out with flavored tunas that hit the spot!
Tuna is about a perfect low carb food. It has 0g carbohydrates. It is high in protein and high in omega oils. It's quick and easy to add to salads, sandwiches, wraps, main meals, and much more. Tuna should definitely be a regular part of your food intake.
With the Tuna Creations, the tuna comes pre-flavored. The hickory smoked tuna is what I tried for this particular review, and I've also tried their other flavors at other times. It's not a heavy flavor, not overwhelming. It adds a nice set of spices and tastes to your normal meals. It's perfect for sprinkling on top of a salad to give it that extra burst of flavor.
The tuna creations packages are foil wrapped, meaning they are easy to open. You can bring them to work or on the road without carrying around can openers. There are two servings per package, so you can share with a friend or just have tuna as your main dish. You can also of course put the other half in the fridge or cooler for later on.
