Honey Baked Ham

Honey Baked Ham

  • 1 - boneless fully cooked ham, about 8 to 10 pounds
  • 1-1/2 cups honey
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation -
Place the ham in an open roasting pan. Mix the other ingredients together. Heat over medium-low heat until the mixture just begins to boil. Pour the sauce over the ham. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 300º for about about 2 hours. Baste with the sauce 2 or 3 times while baking.
