Easy Microwave Italian Pork Chops Recipes

With just six ingredients these dishes are fantastically simple to make. Instead of calling for pizza, try one of these quick dishes for one or two.

Easy Microwave Italian Pork Chops Recipes

Recipe I

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless pork-loin chops
  • 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbs parsley
  • 1 6 ounce can of tomato paste

Directions

  1. Mix the tomato paste, olive oil, vinegar, parsley, and garlic in a microwave pan.
  2. Put the pork chops into the sauce and turn so that they are coated well.
  3. Cover and microwave for 4-5 minutes on full power.
  4. Turn the chops over and microwave for another 4-5 minutes on full power.
  5. Set aside for 3 minutes. The chops will continue to cook in their own heat.
  6. Serve with the sauce.

Recipe II

Ingredients

    2 boneless pork-loin chops
  • 2 Tbs orange juice
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbs fresh sage (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 6 ounce can of diced tomatoes

Directions

  1. Mix the diced tomatoes, olive oil, orange juice, sage, and garlic in a microwave pan.
  2. Put the pork chops into the sauce and turn so that they are coated well.
  3. Cover and microwave for 4-5 minutes on full power.
  4. Turn the chops over and microwave for another 4-5 minutes on full power.
  5. Set aside for 3 minutes. The chops will continue to cook in their own heat.
  6. Serve with the sauce.
Note: These dishes are excellent with pasta. You don't have to worry about making another sauce, there is enough sauce with the pork chops.
