In the world of professional hair styling the name Jingles International has always brought to my mind progressive and creative hair trends. I recently field-tested two items in their hair care line, Scalp Rejuvenating Shampoo and Intensive Treatment Conditioner. My findings were pleasant.

The Scalp Rejuvenating Shampoo was a special treat in my morning shower. Made for all hair types, it is a deep cleansing shampoo with a refreshing effect that is especially helpful to those with dry flaky scalp. These healthful qualities come from the blend of herbs, Tea Tree Oil, Chamomile, Rosemary and Lavender among others,that are incorporated into the formula. One of the more important ingredients, Tea Tree Oil, is a natural essential oil that has been used for centuries for its germicidal effects, thus warding off any scalp problems. The shampoo has a fragrance that, far from being medicinal, is fresh and invigorating. The translucent pearlized consistency gives a luxurious feel to the shampoo and my hair was left feeling clean, revitalized
and soft.
Definitely, two thumbs up.

With my color-treated hair, I always use a conditioner as a follow-up to any shampoo. Jingles International Intensive Treatment is a reconstructor and revitalizing conditioner.Their formula is also loaded with herbal extracts, natural oils and essential proteins.The proteins in this product are from silk, wheat and soy along with eight essential Amino Acids. It has a delicate scent and a rich creamy consistency. I worked it through my hair for about one minute and rinsed thoroughly. My hair was left with a smooth and silky feeling without being limp.
Resulting in another two thumbs up.

Environmentally conscious, the Jingles line is also biodegradable, contains all natural products, is not tested on animals and is packaged in recyclable bottles.
The Jingles International website is informative, offering a look into their mission statement as well as their fashion forecast and a listing of the product line. The site is not set up to accommodate buying online, however you will find a phone number to call for direction to a retail distributor near you.

The site does include a section that is helpful to the professional hairdresser, offering perming tips and information on Jingles seminars and Educational Academy.
Overall the Jingles product line will rate a prominent position on my list of Recommended Products as they are reasonably priced, and of quality that lives up to the Jingles name.
