Low Carb Beer Reviews – Low Carb Reference
Beer is an integral part of many peoples' lives. How do you drink beer and maintain a low carb, healthy diet? This book provides beer reviews, tips, and ideas for losing weight while enjoying beer.
Beer is more than "just a drink" to many people. It's a way of life. It's the thing you look forward to all day long, and the flavor of it is key. You can't just switch over to water. So how do you find a beer that doesn't give you the infamous "beer gut"?
We've tested each of the beers in the book several times, under a variety of conditions. We've talked with the manufacturer. We give you the summaries you need to make a good decision based on the flavors you enjoy and the weight you need to lose.
You'll also learn about skunking - what it is, and how insidious it is. Did you know a beer can be skunked in under fifteen minutes in the right conditions? It could be that the beer you're drinking has a less-than-perfect flavor because of the way it was stored.
In addition to the reviews, all of my low carb books provide appendices which explain how to successfully manage a low carb diet.
PDF viewer note: The PDF is laid out so you're able to print it into a three ring binder if you wish, with the pages falling properly on double-sided printing. To see that same effect in your PDF viewer, first go into View - Page Display - Two Page view in order to have a two-page view with a left and right page. Then use View - Page Display - Show Cover Page so that the initial cover page shows up first and doesn't impact that two page review.
Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions! I frequently update all my low carb books based on your recommendations.
