Iron Man 3
Tony Stark is back in this Iron Man sequel. This time, Iron Man has a new enemy in the form of the Mandarin who will stop at nothing to destroy Tony and anyone close to him. Here are a few movie mistakes to look for while watching the action packed “Iron Man 3”.
· Tony is at the restaurant with James Rhodes when two children approach them at the table. There is a left close-up of Tony with his right hand over his face when he says he broke the crayon. His hand covers his nose with his middle finger over his left eyelid and index finger horizontally above it on his forehead. It cuts to a front view when James tells him to “take it easy” and Tony’s right hand is still on his face except his middle finger is across his nose, away from his eye, and his index finger is pointing vertically on his forehead.
· When Pepper walks into the room with Killian, her ponytail falls behind her, down her back. It cuts to a rear view when she tells him he looks great and part of her ponytail is over her left shoulder (part of it can be seen falling back). Her ponytail is behind her again in the next close-up. When Killian says to call him Aldrich, the rear view shows Pepper’s ponytail is partly on her left shoulder again. It’s behind her for the rest of the scene.
· CAUTION: May Contain Spoilers! When Tony is held captive by Killian, Tony’s left eye gets busted which leaves a red blood trail down the left side of his face. But when Tony and James are talking to the Mandarin a.k.a. Trevor, and James mentions “the transport”, they turn and look at Mandarin/Trevor and the close-up shows Tony’s busted eye is on the right. Also, the knick above his right eye that he got during the attack on his house is now over his left eye. They’re back when they get on the boat a few moments later.
“Iron Man 3” (2013) stars Robert Downey Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Jon Favreau, Ben Kingsley, William Sadler and Miguel Ferrer. It runs 130 minutes and is rated PG-13 for sequences of intense sci-fi action and violence throughout, and brief suggestive content.
