Robert Langdon was back in this “Da Vinci Code” sequel. This time around the celebrated professor/author tries to track down clues of the legendary Illuminati, the nemesis of the Catholic Church. Langdon must track down clues at the Vatican to prevent the deaths of four cardinals, each of whom stands a chance of becoming the next pope. And with the help of scientist, Vittoria Vetra, Langdon also needs to track down the location of a stolen weapon that is set to be used to destroy the Vatican and everything surrounding it. Here are a few movie mistakes to look for while watching “Angels and Demons”.

· When Vittoria is telling the Carmelengo about the signs of Tinzaparin and she mentions the bleeding of the tongue, her hair falls only over her left shoulder. In the close-up, when she says it would turn the tongue black, her hair is over both shoulders. When she says “yeah, I understand”, it falls only over the left shoulder again. It’s back over both when he asks her to come with him.

· Langdon and Chartrand are in the archives looking for information on the statues that symbolize fire when they’re locked in. Langdon tries to break the glass with one of the bookcases. As Langdon is holding onto the bookcase after it crashes into the glass, the rear view shows his left hand is holding on to the top of the bookcase and he moves his right hand from the side of it and places his hand next to his head, near the handles of the small doors. It cuts to a close-up and his right hand is still holding on to the side of the bookcase. Also during this scene, as the bookcase crashes through the glass with Langdon on it, a front close-up view from inside the bookcase shows his arms are inside. He slowly pulls himself up and brings his left arm and then his right arm out. It cuts to an outer view and he pulls his right arm out again.

· CAUTION: May Contain Spoilers! When Father Simeon is shot and he lands on the floor, the gun that Commander Richter dropped when he was shot, is on the floor, near the edge of the carpet, just past Richter’s head. But when Langdon approaches Richter, the gun is close to him, just before the guard kicks it away.

“Angels and Demons” (2009) stars Tom Hanks, Ewan McGregor, Stellan Skarsgard and Ayelet Zurer. It runs 128 minutes and is rated PG-13 for sequences of violence, disturbing images and thematic material.
