Mushroom Kale Shake Juicing Recipe
This delicious juicing recipe features mushroom and kale along with celery, cucumber, baby carrots, broccoli, and other tasty items. Enjoy!
I list the weights here so you can see exactly what we use. You can use the Excel spreadsheet provided to plug in your own weights and see the exact nutritional information for your version.
Ingredients:
dozen grapes - 58g
1 baseball sized mushroom - 42g
1" cucumber - 65g
handful baby carrot - 77g
handful broccoli - 62g
handful spinach - 22g
handful kale - 18g
2 tsp flax seed - 2g
1 scoop protein powder - 35g
2 pkt stevia - 200g
1 cup water
bowl of ice
Start with the wetter items. So add in the grapes, mushroom, and cucumber. Then add in the carrots, broccoli, spinach, and kale. On the top goes the flax seed, the protein powder, and then the stevia.
Drizzle the water over it to wet it, then layer the ice on top. The ice presses down the other ingredients so they fall into the blender as it works.
Then press the blend button and let it go! This makes a fully smooth shake just like a milkshake.
This makes two full 18oz pint glasses worth of shake, with even a little bit more than that.
For the nutrition information per serving:
