Entenmann's Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

Entenmann's Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies
Talk about a treat!! Entenmann's has gone low carb, and they have a low carb version of their delicious chocolate chip cookies! What more could I want from life!

I used to eat tons of Entenmann's chocolate chip cookies (which is undoubtedly part of why I gained weight!) but swore off them when I began to eat more healthily. These new cookies use sugar alcohol as a sweetener and have only half as many carbs.

Note this still doesn't make them a healthy meal!! If you eat 3 cookies, that's 9g of carbs. That makes for a good dessert to a healthy day of eating, to have some tea and nibble cookies by the fire. You can't eat 20 cookies in a sitting and think it will be healthy for you, no matter what sort of cookie it is! So moderation is key here.

Still, if you had eaten 3 cookies of the regular formula, that would have been 18g carbs!! So that's quite a difference. They are nice and chewy, the chocolate is perfect, they are just right.

I highly recommend these. If your store doesn't carry them yet, go up to the manager and ask for them! Entenmann's also has a brownie, butter loaf, chocolate chip and nut loaf, blueberry muffin and crumb topped french butter cake in their low carb line. Look for reviews of those shortly!
