The Olympian in Every Girl
The Olympics inspire you to be all you can be. And for all the women athletes they were once a small girl with a dream. Check out how to raise the possible Olympian in every girl.

All girls are Olympians because they are in training for not only the athletic sport but also the life sport. The Olympian must condition the mind, body and soul for extreme measures. Continued efforts to improve even your best at all times! Commitment, dedication and sweat are a few words that will be daily incentives for your Olympian. And this is a small brief description of participating in the preparation of the Olympics.

Now the life sport is the sport that she has to take part in without option. As a part of this sport she will be facing her body struggles. She will understand that the image that is portrayed in magazines, TV, books and stores is not real. The life sport is a sport that you make good and bad choices but the choice later is a better one. It is a sport that prepares you for the world and real life activity and all that comes with it.

Girls are not a figment of what they eat, they wear, their body size, or how others view them. They will train themselves to like what they see in the mirror. They will redefine the words make a difference as well as go above and beyond.

Girls are the best leading expert on what it’s like to be them. We should be helping them with their struggles with self-esteem, body image, peer pressures and intellectual growth. Cliques, relationships, healthy friendships, dating and strong voices are just a few things that you should be concerned with.
Girls should be encouraged to explore things that are not competitive. Things that you don’t have the option of winning at! Things that encourage strong interest or careers!

The future Olympian should be inspired to be great in any talent she possesses. She has to be encouraged to see the beauty and strength in her own body.
Make sure you listen more than talk during this time. Acknowledge her frustration but keep things into perspective. Remember this is your opportunity to listen not talk.

Every girl has a dream to be something special when she grows up. They start out playing, take an interest in something, and then it’s a passion and then a career. Every girl should be her own Olympian. Good luck with training!
