This is the second article about using keyboard shortcuts for common tasks in Microsoft OneNote 2010. Learning and memorizing keyboard shortcuts can be difficult but many tasks can be accomplished faster using the shortcuts instead of the mouse and menu. This article details the keyboard shortcuts for working with pages in OneNote.

Many shortcuts require that two or more keys are pressed at the same time. These shortcuts are indicated by the + sign. Any shortcut that has two or three keys separated by the + sign indicates that all key must be pressed together.

Shortcuts for Adding Items to a Page:
