Fruit2O Flavored Natural Spring Water
With more and more studies showing just how bad soda is for you, healthy eaters are turning to teas and flavored waters. Fruit2O comes in a variety of flavors and is pretty tasty.
The flavor list keeps growing, but some of the flavors Fruit2O comes in are peach, grape, cherry, lime, and a variety of tropical flavors. It's good to get a variety pack and try one of each to find which are good for your palate. They all have 0g of carbs and 0 calories, so they are perfect for people who are trying to stay hyrdated without gaining weight.
The flavors all seem to have a bit of tartness in them. For some flavors, that isn't a problem at all. Lime, for example, is SUPPOSED to be tart. For other flavors it might interfere with the natural flavor a bit. Even so, the peach is my favorite, and it simply tastes like a "tart peach".
The plastic bottles are easy to carry around with you. We keep a few in the car so when we go on drives we have something to drink along the way. I'd definitely keep a case of this in the house to give you flavor varieties in your drinking!
