Comments –
I think home schools, daycares, moms, and afterschool programs would find may pages to bookmark too. Time may be a factor in the traditional school setting for a few of the activities. However, it would not be problem to complete the next day. In fact, it would give the students something to look forward to do the next morning. This would not be an issue for homeschoolers or for parents trying to keep their children's math skills sharpened over the summer. For example, the Fraction Flower Bouquets lesson uses plastic water bottles and flowers made from different color construction paper and pipe cleaners to review the basic concept of fractions and offers a few variations. It will take some time but worth the investment.

A secondary teacher looking to enhance lessons on 3-D shapes could find the Cube It! and Shapely Solids projects useful with modifications. There are reproducible pages and instructions for assembly for nets of a cube, triangular pyramid, and triangular prism.
