American Peak Seasonal Produce List - January
Dormant States - Please note that during the winter months there are many states which become dormant, meaning that peak seasonal growth has completely ceased, due to the climate, especially on the east coast, Midwest and some northern west coast states as well. In these cases, it will be necessary to rely on stored, frozen or canned goods until the spring.
