Habanero Kings Caribbean Sunfire Sauce

Guest Author - Vanette (Vannie) Ryanes

A delicious sweet n' hot sauce recipe from Jason Grooms the Habanero King. He shares this special recipe with Hot and Spicy readers.

8oz. can of mango nectar (I like Goyo brand best)

8oz. can of papaya nectar (again Goyo brand)

1/2 ripe mango

1/2 papaya (not fully ripe)

3 orange habaneros (more or less to tolerance)

1 pinch salt

I put the nectars, fruit, and salt into a blender and liquefy it. Taste and adjust amount of fruit to preference. I like more fruit because it makes it thicker. Add habaneros and finish blending until they are fully incorporated. I put it in an old cleaned out hot sauce bottle. It will keep in your refrigerator for about three weeks.
