Weight Watchers Smart Ones Ice Cream
Looking for a low carb ice cream but don't have time to make it yourself? Weight Watchers is so tasty that there's no reason to eat sugared again!
My personal favorite is the Moose Tracks, a peanut-butter-cup-and-fudge-in-vanilla concoction that is like three great ice creams put together. Yes, it has 8g carbs per serving. But on the other hand when you're in maintenance, and have a full 50g of carbs a day, giving 8g to a delicious dessert is quite reasonable.
The Butter Pecan has large, crunchy pecan pieces in it with a smooth, buttery and brown sugary flavor to it. It's really flavorful, tho I personally like our homemade version better that uses maple syrup.
I have found these brands in most stores I go to. Yes, they're slightly more than the store brand boxes - but they are far better for you. Your health is really worth making that extra improvement if you want to treat yourself. Don't skimp on your health, especially when it comes to "treat food".
You can make your own ice cream for only 5g or less per serving, but if you're heading out to a family dinner or other social event, bring along some of the Weight Watchers for dessert! While others might think at first that it's a "cheap imitation", one taste will show them just how amazingly good a well made ice cream can taste - without sugar!
