Celebrity Weight loss Workout Tips

There are only two reactions people have when they watch or read a celebrity weight loss story. People either feel inspired and want to follow that celebrities weight loss tips or they feel jealous and make negative statements about how celebrities have flexible schedules, assistants, chefs, baby-sitters, and personal trainers to help them.

The truth is that celebrities are real people just like you and me. They have super busy schedules, families, and social responsibilities just like we do. The only difference is they live their lives in the public eye which can actually make getting fit and losing weight even more stressful than it is for every day people. In order to get visible results celebrities still need to eat healthy, show up for their workouts and then give 110% during their training session. The main differences between their results and most people lack of results are the three tips below.

Celebrity weight loss workout tip #1: Schedule Your Workouts
You may not have a fancy pants personal assistant to schedule your appointments which is why so many regular people use outlook express, an iphone or blackberry to schedule their workouts. If you’re complaint is no time then take your current schedule and eliminate any time wasting activities (t.v., mindless web surfing, social networking, lengthy phone conversations, etc.) and you’ll find that you have plenty of time! When I worked as a full time trainer my schedule looked something like this:

4 a.m. wake up, make healthy protein shake, pack lunch and drive to work
5 – 7 a.m. train clients
7 – 8 a.m. workout, take shower, eat a quick snack
8 – 1 p.m. train clients
1 -2 p.m. prospect for new clients, meetings, or reschedule missed appointments
2 – 3 p.m. drive home, have lunch with husband before he went to work
3 – 8 p.m. take care of toddler, clean, run errands, make dinner, put toddler to bed
8 – 9 p.m. do some writing, maybe watch one t.v. program or read, be in bed by 9:30!

My income at the time was $1800 per month (before taxes) and my husband at the time made about the same. I did not have a ton of free time or money or even energy but I managed to workout daily. My schedule got even more complicated during my divorce since I had to start working 2 more jobs just to make ends meet. I still found time to stay fit and you can too. It’s a matter of desire! Celebrity weight loss workout tip #2: Set Specific Goals You Can Measure
Saying you want to lose some weight and get fit is not enough. Your goal has to be very specific i.e. I want to weigh 118 pounds with 18% bodyfat, fit into size 2 jeans, and be able to do 20 regular pushups and run up a mountain easily by this date. Those were my own personal goals so feel free to come up with your own. You must be that specific and have a way of measuring your goals every couple of weeks in order to stay motivated or adjust your plan to get results.

Celebrity weight loss workout tip #3: Use Multiple Tools To Make It Happen
Have you ever noticed how celebrities don’t rely on just one gimmick or fad to get results? They combine a handful of healthy tools and they shift their mindset too. Jordin Sparks a celebrity who’s weight loss made headlines recently learned to control portions but she also worked with a celebrity trainer and most importantly kicker her plus-size mentality to the curb. Other celebrities like Jennifer Hudson used multiple diet plans as well as purpose driven goals to get and maintain results. Hudson used The 5 Factor Diet, Weight Watchers as well as a purpose driven goal(staying healthy for her son) to make it happen. Any regular person can lose weight like a celebrity. It's all a matter of wanting it, planning it, and just doing it!
