Scrambled Eggs Recipe
An easy to make, healthy breakfast is scrambled eggs. This dish requires few ingredients, can be jazzed up any way you wish, and is quite low carb!
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp butter
4 eggs
4 Tbsp cream
1/5 tsp salt
dash pepper
Preheat frying pan with butter on medium heat. Mix together all remaining ingredients gently until mixture is blended but not totally uniform. Pour into pan and cook until thick, stirring regularly. Let firm for a few minutes off heat and serve.
Servings: 2
Carbs per serving: 1.4g
If you'd like to liven the recipe up, here are some suggestions of ingredients to add into the mix:
* 1/4 cup grated cheese
* 1/8 cup cooked peas
* handful of sliced mushrooms
* 1 tsp chives
* 1 tsp parsley
