Pizza Triangles
* 1 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
* 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
* 3/4 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped
* 3/4 cup pizza sauce
* 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Directions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Place pie crusts on cutting board; cut each crust into quarters, making 8 wedges.

In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce and seasoning and mix well.

Place 1 heaping tablespoon filling on half of each crust wedge.
Cocktail Sausages
* 2 lbs lil smokies
* 1 cup barbecue sauce
* 1 cup catsup
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic salt
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 1 dash Tabasco sauce
* 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve hot.
Party Mix
* 1 (10 ounce) bag pretzels, sticks
* 1 (12 7/8 ounce) box Rice Chex
* 1 (12 7/8 ounce) box Wheat Chex
* 1 (15 ounce) box Cheerios toasted oat cereal
* 1 (10 ounce) can cashews
* 1 (11 1/2 ounce) can mixed nuts
* 1 cup butter or margarine
* 1 cup canola oil
* 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
* 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
* 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
* 1 tablespoon garlic salt
* 1 tablespoon celery salt

Melt butter in pan and add oil and all the other spices.

Put the first 6 ingredients in a very large pan or bowl.( large enough to add liquid and mix up gently).

Pour liquid mix over cereal mix.

Bake AT 200°F for 2 hours.
Crock Pot Dip
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 lb mild sausage
* 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
* 16 ounces salsa
* 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup

Place cheese, salsa & mushroom soup in a 5qt crock pot on low heat.

Cook sasage & beef until brown then drain.

Once the cheese has melted add the meat to the pot.

Stir the dip about ever 10-15mins as its cooking to preven scortching.

Serve with tortilla chips or Ritz crackers.

Note: for you picky eatters -- i promise you cant taste the cream of mushroom. ;o) This recipe can be altered in several ways. This is just the way i like it. I do sometimes add about 1/4 cup of milk to thin out the dip a little.
Blue Lagoon
* 1 1/2 ounces vodka
* 1/2 ounce blue curacao
* 4 ounces pineapple juice
* pineapple slice (to garnish)

Mix in a glass filled with ice and stir well. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
