Steamed Brussels Sprouts
Many people believe they dislike brussel sprouts - but it's only because they've had badly prepared recipes! Brussel sprouts can be quite tasty if made properly. Plus, they're very high in antioxidants!
Here is a simple, very easy recipe for brussel sprouts. Grab some fresh Brussel sprouts and give them a try! You might find that you really love them.
Ingredients:
15 brussel sprouts
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
Cut the brussel sprouts in half lengthwise, so each half still has a stalk-bit to hold it together. Steam the sprouts for 10 minutes. Cut the stems off.
Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a saucepan and mix in the sprouts. Mix in the garlic. Cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
