GBA Spyro - Season of Ice
Spyro: Season of Ice brings the famous fire-breathing dragon to the Game Boy Advance. What a treat! He's got his moves down, and is rescuing fairies!
I was quite impressed!! The graphics are really quite good, showing off what the GBA is capable of. You've got a little dragon racing around his world, barreling into vases, toasting little sheep, rescuing the fairies that have been frozen.
There are various worlds to work through, each with its own look. There are different challenges that you face in which you need to master all of your dragony skills, from flying to hovering to racing and more.
I did find that with the worlds being large and the screen view being small, that it was sort of hard to keep track of where you were in a world. I imagine, though, if they made the characters smaller so you could see more at a time that it would become hard to see. So that's a reasonable tradeoff to make.
Highly recommended for any Spyro fans who want a fun arcady game for their GBA!
