The Divine Feminine The divine feminine is an essence that resides in all people, whether male or female. It is the mystical introspective part of our nature, the essence of our being which attunes to the inner workings of nature and the natural universe. It also reflects our subconscious, intuition and reflective capacities. Wisdom, prophesy, clairvoyance, and psychic abilities are all catalyzed by attunement to the divine feminine essence. It also represents our quest for higher significance and meaning, and a search for spiritual and emotional perfection. It calls us to seek spiritual guidance and to ascern our own beliefs and ethics.
The High PriestessThe tarot card that matches the energy now is The High Priestess . The High Priestess is the 2nd trump card of the Major Arcana. It is a Lunar card, indicating intuitiveness, understanding, psychic ability, wisdom, mystery, the divine feminine, and is a revealer of secrets. She resonates to help us attune to our inner Higher Self and potential. A time to trust your instincts and to follow your intuition. The High Priestess sits between the two pillars of the Temple of Solomon: the first one called Boaz is the black pillar which represents the negative life force while, Jachin, the white pillar, represents the positive life force.
The High Priestess holds a scroll of esoteric wisdom on her lap and wears the Isis crown of lunar knowledge. She represents the Tree of Life, bearer of the Gods themselves. This card encourages one to make new goals and refine old ones. Also, pay attention to your dreams for hidden messages and understanding. She leads you to move beyond your dark side, to express and focus on the light within you. She reveals secret knowledge to you.
