Corn is the ultimate summer side dish. If you choose to cook the corn on the grill, be sure to spray the inside of the aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray before wrapping the corn and placing it on the grill.
Ingredients
8 ears yellow corn
8 teaspoons butter
non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
1. Shuck the corn and remove the silk.
2. Place each ear on a 12-inch square of aluminum foil. Smear a teaspoon of butter over each ear and then roll the ear up in the foil, twisting the ends to seal.
3. Preheat the oven to 450F.
4. Place the wrapped ears of corn on a baking sheet and roast the corn until tender, about 40 minutes.
5. Serve at once.
