The Large Macaws - Their Care, Breeding and Conservation by J. Abramson, B.L. Speer, J.B. Thomsen. Although three people are listed as being the authors of this book, the impressive list of contributors as photographers, design, consultants, collaborators and acknowledgments goes on for three full pages.
